Hatha Flow with Haley
This mixed-level class is a blend of different styles of yoga, including Katonah and Kundalini. It is a strong practice peppered with gentle openings to create balance and fluidity. We work to become more skillful in our asana, focusing on safe alignment, orienting our bodies by keeping the architecture sound. The practice is great to increase strength, agility, and grace, not only in our bodies but also in our minds/thoughts and even the way we breathe.
