Haley's classes often combine both Yin and Yang, explore balance in new and exciting ways.
A marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga, the first half of class comprises active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows to enliven the body and chase away fatigue. The Yin half of class offers passive, seated, and supine poses that are held between 2 – 7 minutes to help stretch connective tissue around the joints and access the deeper layers of fascia. The blend of fast followed by slow movement helps to bring balance into the body and mind.
To Haley, yoga is all about the balance between movement and stillness/awareness so her classes often combine both Yin & Yang. "I love leading Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative and also frequently weave in sound healing, essential oils, and Reiki as I have found these experiences tremendously valuable."
