Mixed Level Vinyasa is a smooth practice that flows from one posture to the next with an emphasis on safe alignment, fluidity, and connection to breath. Class is designed to build your relationship to the self, physically and mentally, through a mindfulness practice of moment-to-moment awareness without judgment or expectation. The teacher will give modifications to support newer students, as well as options to increase intensity for more seasoned practitioners. If you are newer to yoga we recommend taking a couple of Foundations or Gentle classes first to help you feel more comfortable with the poses and transitions.
