Flow from posture to posture, welcoming spring, and reconnecting to yourself.
In this class we use the mind, to notice breath to guide and the body to move us through a 3 part flow. Each part builds upon the last to allow students to become familiar with the sequence and be more able to join breath with movement and body with the mind.
