Find ultra stillness and let it all go with Haley.
Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time, typically 3-5 minutes. These postures help in stretching connective tissue around the joints like the knees, pelvis, sacrum, spine and help to access the deeper layers of fascia. The long hold times of this practice offer the chance to sit with our emotions and can help us become more resilient to stress.
To Haley, yoga is all about the balance between movement and stillness/awareness so her classes often combine both Yin & Yang. "I love leading Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative and also frequently weave in sound healing, essential oils, and Reiki as I have found these experiences tremendously valuable."
