Find an energetic uplift from your mat and feel empowered to move through the rest of your day with ease.
This class stems from a vinyasa practice and follows sequencing to activate the entire being from root to crown! Class is designed to build your relationship to the self, physically and mentally, through a mindfulness practice of moment-to-moment awareness without judgment or expectation. Each class evolves and builds on poses to create a fun, fluid, and creative flow that often works through a theme and peak pose. Deeply mindful of the full 8 limbed practice of yoga, expect inspiration and encouragement to view your individual practice as part of your practice of living, not just your exercise regime.
All practitioners are welcome! However, if you are newer to yoga we recommend taking a couple of Foundations or Gentle classes first to help you feel more comfortable with the poses and transitions.
To Haley, yoga is all about the balance between movement and stillness/awareness so my classes often combine both Yin & Yang. "I love leading Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative and also frequently weave in sound healing, essential oils, and Reiki as I have found these experiences tremendously valuable."
