Form & Flow
This class is an education in the proper alignment and anatomy of yoga postures. Proper alignment ignites freedom to explore the breath and the body. Students will be guided through challenging sequences, creating fluidity in the practice while exploring form and breath. All levels of students are welcome and modifications will be given to ensure that everyone is able to participate.
Tobie leads this class with care and compassion and imparts her wisdom and years of experience in a way that is accessible and will enhance your practice.

This is a powerful flow that will allow you to tap into deep core connection for strong and empowered movement. Yoga blocks are optional. You can use books if you don't have yoga blocks at home!

If you're looking to hit pause on your day and press play on connecting to your body then this is the class for you. Together, we will use blocks to explore our connection to our hips, pelvis and shoulders so that we feel more grounded and tethered to the earth.

Form and Flow to strengthen the spinal muscles and stabilize the core. Tobie's expert sequencing will help you feel more connected to your inner unit and create a strong base from which to get curious about your flow.

A full body practice to promote deep and meaningful relief in the body. We'll start with rolling out the ankles and wrists as a means of exploring the interconnected nature of the body and how starting small can lead to great balance work. We recommend two yoga blocks for support.
